Subscription Plans and Credits

Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Pro, Max, ProMax) with different monthly credit allocations:

  • Credits are provided monthly and expire after 30 days
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

Credit Packages

  • One-time credit purchases are available for non-subscription users
  • Lifetime credits (from packages) do not expire
  • Credits are deducted when generating images based on the AI model used
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Intellectual Property and Generated Content

Your Generated Images

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership of all images you generate using our service
  • Commercial Rights: You have full commercial usage rights to your AI-generated images
  • License to Us: By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your generated images solely for the purpose of providing the service to you

Our Intellectual Property

The Nano Banana AI platform, including our website design, logo, features, and functionality, are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Nano Banana AI to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models
  • Use automated systems to scrape or abuse the service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
  • Distribute malware or other harmful code through generated images

  • Circumvent credit limits or payment systems

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Refund Policy

  • Subscription Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions. Contact us within 7 days of your initial subscription for a full refund.
  • Credit Purchases: Credits are non-refundable once purchased, as they can be immediately consumed
  • Unused Credits: Monthly subscription credits expire after 30 days and are not refundable
  • Service Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing service use, contact support@nanobanana2prompt.com for assistance

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Nano Banana AI immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in prohibited activities
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Request account deletion

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will be revoked
  • Any unused credits will be forfeited
  • You may lose access to your generated images (we recommend downloading them regularly)
  • Subscription charges will cease after the current billing period

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Nano Banana AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of generated images
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party services (Stripe, authentication providers, storage services)
  • You use the service at your own risk and are responsible for the content you generate

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nano Banana AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your generated content
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will:

  • Notify you via email if you have an active account
